THS Athletic Fields: Vote to accept the recommendation of both the Turf Committee and the Purchasing Agent to award the bid for Land Survey for Athletic Field Improvements at Torrington High School to Hrica Assocs. of Litchfield, CT in the amount of $8750.00 and to authorize the Mayor to act on behalf of the City regarding the execution of the contract and its administration.
